New Build and Contemporary Timber Windows

At Westbury, we are aware of cost and building to budgets so have introduced a low cost timber window range. Westbury has produced a range of budget double glazed timber doors and windows which differ in their simple profile and modern look but are made to the same high standard and finish as our joinery.

Windows and frames have two coats of paint prior to delivery and one further coat is required on-site and a draught exculder is fitted around the frame.

Treated laminated redwood with staff beads to form rebates and horns unless otherwise specified. 69mm x 57mm

Mullions:

Treated laminated redwood 69mm x 69mm

Sashes:

Conmed and jointed clear, Douglas Fir

Window:

Vertical grain, clear, Douglas Fir 53mm

Cill:

Hardwood and rebated for window board (Unless otherwise stated in order), 145mm x 57mm

Glass:

Float Low & Soft E coating, factory glazed 4mm-16mm-4mm

Hinges:

Adjustable stainless steel friction stays which allow top or side hung casements. 300mm and 400mm

Locks:

Multipoint espagnolette locks fitted with locking handle incorporating night vents.
