Traditional box sash windows
This is for refurbishment only as our traditional box sash is only available single glazed and with pulleys cords and weights. We generally use timber-parting beads but can implement a gasket-parting bead. This detail must be agreed if the windows are to a listed building.

Specifications
Treated laminated redwood. Box section 140mm x 100mm, cill 70mm x 140mm, 38mm sash meeting rail 32mm site lines, top rail 44, bottom rail 90mm. Traditional mortice and tenon wedged. Glazing bar 18mm (putty only) also mortice and tenoned.

All frames with staff beads to form the rebates and horns (unless the order states otherwise).

Windows and frame have 2 coats of paint prior to delivery (one further site coat required).

Single 4mm float/toughened glass. Available in lambs tongue and ovolo. Factory glazed glass on to silicon, putty finish on site by others. Pulleys, weights and cord.
