Great security combined with elegant looks will ensure that any building listed or new is seen in its best light. Westbury have made 100s of complement door sets to match our conservatories, this brochure now shows these and our other products on their own rather than only with our conservatories. Specification We construct in treated laminated redwood for the frame threshold, door and exterior ply for flush panels and redwood for raised and fielded. All frames 63mm x 92mm with staff beads to form the rebates and horns unless the order states otherwise. Door stiles and rails are 52mm thick hardwood. Thresholds are 70mm internally x 145mm deep. All door sets open out with projection hinges (allowing doors to open right back). Standard door sizes are show on the following pages. Doors and frame have 2 coats of paint prior to delivery (one further site coat required). Double or single glazed toughened 4mm glass. Draft excluder fitted around the frame and a brushed gasket to the bottom edge of the door with a water bar to the threshold. All doors have door locks fitted and are pre hung on 100mm x 125mm projection British brass hinges which incorporate shims allowing the door to be adjusted without removing the factory paint if necessary. Multi point locks are fitted as standard.
