All door sets open out with British pre-hung brass projection hinges (These allow the doors to open right back) incorporating shims allowing the door to be adjusted without removing the factory paint.
Draught excluders are fitted around the frame and a brushed gasket to the top, bottom and meeting jamb of the door with a water bar to the threshold. Doors anf frames have two coats of paint prior to delivery. One further site coat is required, once installed to meet manufacturer guarantees.
