• Susie Bradshaw, The Planning specialist

  Susie Bradshaw will supervise the planning or listed building application for your glass house exension , liaise with the planners and arrange their site visits. She will keep you informed at all stages of your planning consent application. We currently have a 97% success rate with planning applications.

• Simon Barnes, The Illustrator

  Taking his brief from the designer who visited your home our illustrator creates a watercolour illustration of how your home will look when we have finished the building. When the construction work is completed, many clients confirm that ‘It looks just like the illustration’.

• Debbie Hallahan, Assistant Project Manager

  Working alongside our Project Manager, Debbie Hallahan will be your administrative back up in the office, chasing all aspects of your job and keeping you informed of progress as it happens.

• James Upton, The CAD Technicians

  Our CAD technicians use the latest technology to create accurate drawings of your new building. These large-scale drawings will be sent to you for approval then used in our workshops and on site to transform the design concept into reality.

• Angie Rains, The Project Manager

  Working alongside our surveyor, Angie Rains will act as your main link with our design and construction specialists. She will make sure the right materials and components are delivered at the right time and generally keep you up-to-date with progress.

• Jonathan Hey, The Managing Director

  Jonathan Hey, the Founder, is a hands-on Master Builder. He is directly involved in every Westbury project, making site visits and inspecting every finished building. When he is completely satisfied, he gives his approval for our Warranty Certificate to be issued.

• Ian Harrington, Design Director

  Ian Harrington will oversee the drawings, selection of materials and overall look and feel of your conservatory. He is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and co-author of ‘The Conservation Guide for Conservatories in Essex.

• Andy Butler, The Master Builder

  Andy Butler has years of hands-on experience as a Master Builder. He assists in our surveys and foresees any difficulties that may need to be overcome at an early stage. You may find that Andy and his son Tom are your fitting team when your conservatory is built.
