should become a valuable asset, we regard the Westbury reputation
as a valuable asset. Around 50% of our work comes from personal
recommendations, so preserving our reputation is important to
us.
How do we preserve (and build) our reputation? By making sure every
bespoke conservatory we build meets our tough quality standards, of
course. To maintain our hard-won reputation, Jonathan Hey, our
Managing Director, personally inspects each completed conservatory.
He rarely finds faults, but he’s determined to keep
searching.
Confirming our confidence in our workmanship, we’ll then issue our
warranty, keeping your conservatory specifications on file. We’ll
also send you a care and maintenance information pack.
